Our Mission
Our Mission is simple: to enhance the quality of the human experience through laughter, connection, authentic expression, presence, and community building. We open humans into BEing.
Our Vision
To activate and cultivate the experience of presence, authenticity, and joy in as many moments and human BEings as possible by offering Presence Practice® in the form of private coaching sessions, workshops, courses, Presence Practitioner teaching certifications, conscious events, and community building.
Our Story
Like most fabulous things, Presence Practice® was discovered by accident. Our founder, Lyndsay Hailey, was teaching and performing improv shows and workshops when she had an awakening in 2012. Lyndsay “blamed” the combination of practicing kriya yoga and breathwork while improvising. Her improv comedy technique and metaphysical pursuits were merging and dramatically enhancing the experience of her life as well as her stage performance.
Lyndsay is a certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor and in 2010, she started to merge Kundalini yoga with improv inside of her workshops. Over time, these workshops evolved into a cosmic metaphysical playground for the soul. Lyndsay witnessed and experienced profound healings and transformations in herself and in her students. The results were so soul penetrating that the course of her life would be forever changed — and Presence Practice® came into BEing.
Now, Presence Practice® has been taught in over 20 countries around the world through private sessions, intimate workshops, retreats, and 100+ person corporate trainings.
Here we grow… together.
